Our Dunes Team Story
It was mid-day Saturday, April 1, 2017. We were driving back from San Jose aftertaking family to the airport. We lived in Monterey at the time. On our way home, we stopped at Best Buy to pick up a computer we had ordered. One of us suggested we look at the new Shea Homesat the Dunes. As REALTOR®s it would be good to acquaint ourselves with these homes since we had only heard about them but had never previewed the models. Up to this point, our primary career focus had been on high-end, Monterey Peninsula properties. Coincidentally at the time we had been looking to downsize and had not been able to find a suitable home for ourselves under $1M.
After we visited the models, we looked at each other in silence wondering if the other was thinking, this would be a perfect fit. Suffice it to say, we were in contract within a week.
We love living here at the Dunes on Monterey Bay and want to share our joy with others either living here or contemplating doing so.
