The Monterey Peninsula is truly one of the greatest communities in the world. Over the past few years, the demand to live on The Peninsula has increased significantly as people care where "home" is. Monterey Coast Realty has been busy helping families buy and sell real estate in nine markets here on the Peninsula: from Carmel and Pebble Beach to Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove, Marina and several others.
While the real estate market is cooling off, our community is still outperforming most markets across the US. Demand has been outpacing supply for almost two years. In the second quarter of this year, all nine markets saw considerable increases in average sale price than those in the second quarter of 2021.
Each of these markets have their own set of market dynamics. Monterey Coast Realty has over 50 professionals focused on understanding the unique aspects of buying and selling real estate in each of these individual markets. Our agents and staff all live locally and together, with the agents of our sister company, Carmel Realty Company, we are the largest independently owned local real estate firm on the Peninsula.
