The Pebble Beach Homes Market
When considering Pebble Beach homes, there are really two main options to consider: the golf course, or the ocean. A few select oceanfront homes and home sites can be found near the water, but the majority of available real estate is found at higher elevations on larger lots. Many of these larger lots feature incredible custom estate homes in a range of unique architectural styles. Prices range quite widely from a comparatively modest $3 million to well over $10 million.

Pebble Beach is a unique gated community that has remained incredibly popular for tourists. The picturesque 17 Mile Drive that winds its way along the rocky coastline is a popular cruise. Non-residents are required to pay a toll of $10 to tour this stretch of road, whereas residents have a small decal that attaches to their license plates, exempting them from the toll.
