Playing as Marky Marky
This year during the 2017 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am I was fortunate enough to "stand in" as Mark Wahlberg the Saturday of the tournament. Little known fact, is Mark and I are the same height and both left handed, as a result most spectators had no idea that Mark was not there. I had two goals for the day, the first was not to hit anyone with a golf ball, and the second not embarrass myself too much. Luckily, I succeeded on both fronts. I shot a fairly respectable 77, but had a once in a lifetime experience. I was paired with professional golfers Bryson Dechambeau and Kevin Streelman and Arizona Cardinale Larry Fitzgerald. With my good friend Ryan Salmonsen on the bag and the beautiful weather the day could not have been more perfect. A special thanks to all of my friends and family who came out and supported me.

Car Week Recap
Once again the Monterey Peninsula hosted another Car Week. The week saw many world-class events and of course rare cars. As a Knight of Columbus I helped put on and sponsored the Carmel Mission Classic. An event that started small and has quickly become a staple of Wednesday of car week. This year we raised over $100,000 for charity. Car Week is a great time to showcase the Monterey area and all we have to offer. I am counting down the days until next year.
