Drawing on more than a decade in healthcare administration leadership, Jeff brings a unique perspective to real estate that is grounded in strategic decision-making, cost-saving initiatives, and organizational efficiency. His work in this field earned him Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification — a credential in advanced process improvement. Jeff is also a U.S. Air Force Veteran, having served as a B-1 Bomber Crew Chief from 2000 to 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Jeff and his wife Dany, married since 2004, share a passion for real estate — she as a home stager, and their son as a Real Estate Development major at UC San Diego. Their daughter, a student at Carmel High School who loves music and the arts, adds to the family's deep connection with the Monterey Peninsula and its vibrant community.
