Sharmaine Torrey’s story is rooted in hard work and perseverance. An immigrant from the Philippines, she came to the United States in 2015 as a hospitality intern and went on to build a life and successful real estate career on the Monterey Peninsula.

Now a Broker Associate with years of local experience, Sharmaine brings strong market knowledge, attention to detail, and a highly hands-on approach to every transaction. She is data-driven and consistently studies market activity, trends, and buyer behavior to help her clients make informed decisions.
