I write on behalf of the Trustees for four trusts that until recently owned a residential property in Carmel, California. We retained the services of Christina Pappas in late Spring of 2018 and the sale of the property closed in August of this year at very close to the price Chris initially predicted. It was a complicated process and Chris performed magnificently throughout. She was patient and unflappable in meeting every challenge, and there were many. It was a complicated process and Chris performed magnificently throughout. She was patient and unflappable in meeting every challenge, and there were many. I am located in Sacramento and the other trustee is located in Oklahoma. We needed a REALTOR® who was "hands on" and very responsive. Chris was all of this and more. Chris assisted us greatly in addressing concerns by the beneficiaries and the ultimate purchaser. She operated as a steward of the house while dealing with staging and numerous issues that arose along the way. Just one of many examples involved a neighbor's tree that had grown over the roof of the residential property such that it was difficult to obtain fire insurance. Chris worked with the neighbor, who did not want his tree trimmed, the City of Carmel's forester, who authorized the trimming, and then located and directed the tree trimmer that did the work. When the property sold we had less than a week to remove all of the furniture and personal belongings to a storage facility in Sacramento. Chris located a mover in Carmel who was able to accomplish all of this with a day to spare. Chris even helped the mover with packing the night before. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Christina Pappas in the sale of this property and would recommend her without reservation.
