About Jennifer Lauren Menke

As the Vice President of Business Development, Jenn brings a wealth of experience and a strategic vision to drive growth and innovation. With over 18 years in the industry, Jenn has a proven track record of spearheading successful initiatives that expand market presence, enhance partnerships, and boost revenue.

 

In her 18 years of experience, Jennifer worked as the licensed Real Estate assistant to the Mitchell Family Team, the number one team at Sotheby's and subsequent owners of Carmel Realty Company, where she was responsible for transaction oversight and management and client relations for all interactions. This role evolved into her position as the Executive Director of the Carmel Realty Property Management Division where she oversaw a portfolio of over 200 luxury properties and hundreds of rental transactions per year producing over $1,000,000 in rental revenue annually. In these roles, Jennifer's responsibilities included selling the company's 5-star service, contracting new homes, bringing them to market and demonstrating her superior ability to understand each individual client's needs.

 

After 12 years in property management, Jenn was ready utilize her experience and sales skills to assist home buyers and sellers with their needs. After 3 years of successfully guiding clients through their real estate transactions, Jenn came back to her roots at Carmel Realty Company and is thrilled to be leading the Business and Growth Development department. Jenn understands all facets of the Real Estate and Property Management industry and continue to grow the company she cares so deeply about.

 

Born and raised in Carmel, Jenn never forgets how fortunate she is to call this beautiful Peninsula home. In her spare time, she enjoys running along our beautiful coastline, cooking and baking, practicing Pilates, and spending time with her husband and two children.
