About Gary Paul Baker

Gary Paul Baker is a sixth-generation native of the Monterey Peninsula, born and raised in Pacific Grove. With deep roots in the community and an insider's knowledge of Carmel, Pacific Grove, and Monterey, he offers clients valuable insight into the unique character of each neighborhood.

 

Known for his attention to detail, strong communication skills, and client-first approach, Gary ensures his clients feel informed and confident throughout every step of the buying or selling process. His background in interior design, combined with 17 years of service with the City of Monterey, gives him a distinctive perspective on both the aesthetic and practical aspects of real estate.

 

Beyond real estate, Gary is a proud father, husband, and dog owner. He and his partner are active members of Richard Russel CrossFit Monterey Bay, and Gary is also a marathon runner and dedicated community advocate. He has served on the Monterey Peninsula Pride board, currently serves on the City of Monterey's Neighborhood Community Improvement Program Committee, supports SPCA Monterey County, and remains deeply engaged with the local art and LGBTQ+ communities, helping organize events and exhibitions that raise awareness and support for important causes.
