About Chris Pappas

Chris’s connection to the Monterey Peninsula is equally personal. She and her husband first purchased a small vacation cottage in Carmel, making frequent trips from Sacramento to the coast with their two young children. Eventually, they traded the cottage for a home in Pebble Beach, giving their growing family more room while deepening their connection to the area. Over the years, the Peninsula became much more than a destination. Its natural beauty and peaceful surroundings became an important source of comfort and a place Chris and her family were proud to call home.

That experience gives Chris a personal understanding of what draws people from around the world to the Monterey Peninsula. Whether clients are searching for a primary residence, second home or a new chapter along the coast, she brings firsthand perspective, extensive sales experience and a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle that makes this area so special.

Chris holds degrees in Biomedical Science and Communications/Journalism. Her community involvement has included serving as president of the Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to improving community health, as well as serving on the board of Monterey Peninsula Ballet Theatre, where she helped coordinate arts outreach and youth enrichment programs.

An animal lover, Chris has rescued four cats and three dogs through the local Animal Friends Rescue Project. Outside of real estate, she enjoys playing classical piano and attending a great rock concert.
