About Anita Madison

Anita knows her neighborhoods inside and out! As a lifelong resident of Monterey Bay, she shares a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients in buying and selling residential properties. She offers unsurpassed representation, combining 17 successful years in Real Estate sales and over 40 years in management.

 

Anita works closely with her sellers to develop a comprehensive, targeted marketing strategy. Her clients greatly benefit from her honest valuations and personal insight into the neighborhoods of Carmel-by-the-Sea and the Monterey Peninsula, where she grew up. Staging and curb appeal are key features of attracting the right buyer demographic and Anita works hard to showcase her homes at open houses and across major online platforms.

 

In addition to being a skilled negotiator, she is known for her patience and diligence in helping buyers focus their search on desired amenities in specific areas. Anita researches properties to create a target list of homes for her buyers to see and compare, helping them to drill down what they really want and need.

 

When not assisting clients, Anita helps non-profits such as St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the local SPCA.

 

On the weekends, she likes spending time with her dog or at the racetrack with her husband racing their 65 Belvedere AA Stock Eliminator.
